Three problems with most reports. Three things we do instead.

They state things.

We label them.

Every claim says whether it is a fact, an inference, an assumption or uncertain.

They hide the sample.

We print it.

You see who was asked, how they were reached and who is missing.

They end with findings.

We end with what to do.

Each study closes with the decision it should change.

We label every claim by what it actually is.

Tap to see what the labels mean.

Transparency is our main measure. We separate raw data from analysis.

Verified Fact

Supported by direct data from a source you can open, or by field evidence.

Inference

A probable conclusion drawn from facts and patterns, and not a fact itself.

Assumption

A starting premise used to build a model. It needs field checking before it counts as fact.

Uncertain

A signal too thin or too unclear to build on yet.

Studies in motion.

Three studies are in progress. The ladder shows how finished each one really is.
