A parish runs on volunteers, memory and goodwill. Memory is the part that walks out when someone moves on.

Every program, family, sacrament and shilling of a parish in one place, visible from a phone. We are building it for parishes and congregations, and it works where the network is poor.

The evidence

In the 2014 census, Catholic, Anglican and Pentecostal, born-again or evangelical Ugandans together made up 82.4% of the population. Verified Fact Twelve years old.

Most estates start with a question nobody can answer: is there a Will?

Lawyers register Wills. Anyone can check in one search that one exists, and who holds it, without seeing what it says.

The evidence

Uganda’s Administrator General said in 2023 that, of about 5,000 inheritance applications a year, around 90% involve someone who died without a Will. Reported Estates reaching his office, not all deaths.

Big projects rarely fail loudly. They drift, one undocumented decision at a time.

Monitoring and evaluation for large projects with many moving parts: approvals, decisions and documents in one record, with proof of who changed what and when. We are building it for institutions that run projects like these.

Oxford’s Bent Flyvbjerg told the UK Parliament in 2018 that about one in ten major projects come in on budget, from his study of thousands of projects in 103 countries. Where does artificial intelligence (AI) come in?

AI does the reading and the drafting. It understands a customer’s message, finds the answer in your own information, and writes the reply or the report.
