One message. Five things that happen without you.
A three-legged stool never wobbles on uneven ground, because three points always make a flat plane. It only tips when one leg is short.
Most businesses are strong on two legs and quietly short on the third: systems that run the work, people who can do the job, or a clear view of who they serve. Find the short one first.
Slide each bar to match how your business is doing today. Watch the stool tilt.
Inference The three legs are our way of seeing a business, built from the owners we work with. Each is backed by research, and we keep testing the model with every client.
An Autonomous Operating System does a job in your business on its own, every day, and tells you what happened. It answers the customer, chases the payment, keeps the record. People step in only where a person should.
We handle the setup. No payment gateway? We set one up. No marketing team? We help you run it, for a fee. Tell us what you have today

Selection for an intake is competitive. If you are accepted, you agree to pay the programme fee of USD 150 per track in full. You may pay in US dollars, or in Uganda Shillings at the Bank of Uganda mid rate on the day you pay. Payment is due within 14 days of being accepted and before the intake starts, to secure your seat. The fee does not include the certificate exam, which the exam provider charges you directly. On request, we will lock the exchange rate for 14 days from the day you are accepted. There are no instalments or deposits. Seats are released if payment has not arrived.
We manage your information in strict confidence. We share it only with verified partner organisations, and only for professional placement.
